By using TunixBot (the bot and web dashboard), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TunixBot provides Discord music playback and dashboard controls, including queue management, search, playback controls, and lyrics features.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

You must have a valid Discord account and permission to use commands in the server where TunixBot is installed. Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth authentication.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Do not use TunixBot for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.
  • Respect Discord rules, server rules, and rights of music/content owners.

5. Content and Third Party Services

TunixBot interacts with third party providers (for example Discord, Lavalink nodes, YouTube related sources, Spotify metadata, and lyrics providers). Availability, quality, or legality of third party content is not guaranteed by TunixBot.

6. Music Rights and Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright and platform policies in your country and community. TunixBot does not grant music licenses.

7. Availability and Changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time to improve stability, security, or compliance.

8. Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for abuse, security risks, legal reasons, or serious violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunixBot maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, interruptions, content availability, or third party failures.

10. Governing Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms of Service.
