  • Discord account data from OAuth: user ID, username/global name, avatar, and locale.
  • Discord server list data required to determine where dashboard access is allowed.
  • Session data and authentication cookies to keep users logged in to the dashboard.
  • Music session data such as guild ID, voice/text channel IDs, queue state, and playback state.
  • Technical logs for errors, performance, and abuse prevention.

3. Why We Use This Data

  • Authenticate users through Discord.
  • Authorize dashboard controls only for users in the correct voice context.
  • Provide playback features (queue, controls, progress, and lyrics).
  • Maintain reliability, security, and troubleshooting.

4. Third Party Providers

TunixBot communicates with third party services such as Discord APIs, Lavalink nodes, music metadata/search providers, and lyrics providers. Those services process requests under their own privacy terms.

5. Data Retention

Session and operational data is retained for service continuity and security. Cached technical data (for example, short lived lyrics cache) is automatically expired.

The dashboard uses essential session cookies to keep users authenticated. These cookies are required for login and secure dashboard operation.

TunixBot does not sell personal data. Data is only processed as needed to run the service and interact with required third party infrastructure.
